摘 要:以铁矿石尾矿和碳黑为原料,采用碳热还原法合成了SiC粉末。用X射线衍射法测定了产物相组成及相对含量。研究了合成温度和恒温时间对反应过程的影响。结果表明:合成温度对SiC粉末的合成过程影响显著,随着合成温度的升高,产物中SiC含量增大,1480℃时,SiC的相对含量达到最大值(82%左右)。较长的恒温时间可使还原反应进行得更充分,恒温8h的样品中SiC的相对含量最高(85%左右)。SiC powders were synthesized by carbothermal reduction from iron ore tailings and carbon black. Phase composition of reaction products was determined by X-ray diffraction. The influence of synthesis temperature and holding time on synthesis was investigated. The content of SiC in the products increases with the increase of synthesis temperature and reaches the maximum at 1480 ℃. The holding time does not affect the reaction significantly, however, as the holding time is expended, the carbonthermal reduction reaction proceeds more sufficiently. The content of SiC in the samples reaches the maximum after being held at 1 480 ℃ for 8 h as the perfect holding time.
