摘 要:目的观察持续性夜光灯照射对鸡眼球正视化的影响。方法24只幼鸡分为2组,光照组饲养在70Lux左右的弱光中;正常昼夜节律下为对照组。4周后,用视网膜检影观察屈光状态,角膜地形图观察角膜曲率,并测量眼球直径、重量;角膜、巩膜、视网膜作病理组织学检查。结果光照组的屈光状况组内差异大(+3.80±3.00)D,对照组(+2·23±0.48)D没有明显波动;光照组的角膜曲率为(4.08±0.24)mm,对照组为(3·75±0·15)mm(P=0.000);前后径2组没有明显差异(P=0.64),光照组赤道经为(13·97±0·64)mm,对照组为(13.16±0.42)mm(P=0.08);病理组织显示:光照组的角膜上皮基底层细胞增生活跃,胞核浓缩,基质层中的成纤维细胞多;巩膜软骨细胞表现胞体增大、核浓缩、胞浆丰富,细胞数目增多;视网膜比对照组薄,主要发生在内丛状层和感受器层,感受器层上方的油滴消失。结论持续性的夜光灯照明,干扰了幼年鸡眼的正视化进程,主要表现在鸡眼屈光状态的改变,角膜曲率增加,角膜平坦,赤道径增加。组织病理改变明显:角膜、巩膜增生明显,视网膜变薄,感受器层改变显著。Objective To study the effects of continuous night light on the process of emmetropization in chick eye. Methods Twenty-four chicks were divided into two groups. Chicks were raised under constant light and the average ambient illumination level was 70 Lux. Control group were maintained on natural light cycle. After 4 weeks the refractive status and radii of corneal curvatures were measured by retinoscopy and keratometry, respectively,and eye diameter and weight were investigated, and morphology of cornea, sclera, retina were observed. Results In constant light group, refractive error were greatly variable( + 3.80 ± 3.00) D, compared to control group( + 2.23 ±0.48) D. The difference of the corneal curvature in treated eyes (4.08 ± 0.24) mm and control eyes (3.75 ±0.15) mm was highly significant(P = 0. 000) ; change of equatorial diameter between two group was less pronounced(P = 0.08),and the difference of axial length was not found (P = 0.64). By histology and light microscopy, in constant group, the base cell of cornea proliferated significantly and the nuclear of cell concentrated; the number of fible cell in stroma were higher than that of the control group. In the equatorial cartilaginous sclera, the chondrocytes density was high and its body la. rger and nuclear concentrated; retina was thinner than the control group, espically in photoreceptor lay and inner plexiform; and the oil droplets was not seen in photoreceptor cell. Conclusion Continuous night light interfered with the emmetropization in chick experimentation, the refractive status was varible greatly, and the cornea turned flatter and curvature was larger, and the equatorial diameter longer with the morphology of cornea, sclear and retina changing in histology.
