摘 要:目的观察丝裂霉素C对高度近视患者准分子激光上皮下角膜磨镶术(LASEK)术后角膜上皮下混浊(Haze)发生程度的影响,从而寻找更好的能防止Haze发生的方法。方法将术中应用丝裂霉素C的48例90眼高度近视患者列为丝裂霉素组,随机抽取术中未应用丝裂霉素C的54例90眼高度近视患者为常规治疗组,分别于术后1月、3月、6月将患者角膜Haze发生、发展情况进行比较。结果丝裂霉素组的高度近视患者术后不同时期Haze发生程度较常规治疗组的高度近视患者低,2者具有显著性差异(P<0·01)。结论丝裂霉素C对高度近视患者LASEK术后Haze的形成具有明显的抑制作用。Objective To observe the effect of mitomycin-C on degree of Haze under corneal epithelium after laser subepithelial keratomileusis (LASEK) in patients with high myopia, to find out better methods to prevent Haze from coming into being. Methods Forty-eight cases (90 eyes) patients with high myopia were used mitomycin-C as mitomycin group, 54 cases (90 eyes )patients with high myopia weren't used mitomycin-C as routine group. The occurence and development of Haze were compared between two groups at 1 month, 3 months, 6 months separately postoperative. Results The degree of Haze occurred in mitomycin-C group was obviously lower(P〈0.01 ) than the routine group at different times. Conclusion Mitomycin-C was obviously effective to prevent Haze from coming into being.
