摘　　要：随着社会法制建设的发展,学生的维权意识不断提高,构建知法懂法守法的高校学生管理队伍日显迫切。在学生管理工作中坚持法治精神,认知和贯彻法治理念,并以完善的制度设计形成必要的法律秩序,既是培养高素质人才的需要,也是新形势下教育应对挑战的一个必然选择。The progress made in the legality building in China results in college students＇ increasing consciousness to protect their own rights. Thus the training of a law-aware and -abiding student-management team in college is in urgent need. To adhere to the law in student management, guaranteeing its legality with a perfect system, is not only necessary to the training of quality talents, but also a necessary choice for higher-education institutions to face up to challenges under new circumstances.
