摘　　要：当人们将很大的注意力放在寻找无铅化焊料的时候,很容易忽略来自于无铅化制造所涉及到的广泛的关联领域。使用无铅化焊接要求对印刷电路板材料的选择进行重新的审视。With so much attention being focused on the search of lead-free solders, it＇s easy to get distracted from the broader implications of lead-free manufacturing. Using lead-free soldering requires a re-examination of PCB material choices.
