摘  要:过分依赖相对固定的校外实训基地,期望企业直接、全面参与学校人才培养过程是不现实的,开展校外实践教学还必须充分挖掘动态的社会资源,如开展市场调研、组织实战训练和课余兼职等。在具体操作过程中,要制订详细的实训教学计划和指导书,建立注重过程和业绩考核的制度,建立互惠互利、优势互补的校企合作运作机制。It isn't realistic that immoderately depend on relative stable practice training base outside school, and expect corporations participate in talents cultivation process directly and all-roundly. The development of practice teaching outside school must dig up dynamic social resources, such as: carrying through market investigation and research, organizing practice training, taking part-time work at leisure time. In the material operation process, detailed practice teaching plan and instructional book should be constituted, system of paying attention to process and perfomance evaluation should be constructed, cooperated operation mechanism of mutual benefits and advantages complemented each other between schools and corporations should be built.
