摘　　要：以珠江钢厂薄板坯连铸漏斗形结晶器为研究对象,开发了结晶器温度场动态监测软件。在现场用预埋热电偶实际测量铜板温度,在线动态监测结晶器铜板的温度和热流变化。为进一步分析各工艺参数对结晶器温度的影响规律,优化生产工艺参数和结晶器形状设计提供了重要的理论依据和实际参考数据。Thin slab mold temperature monitoring system has been developed by NERC -CCT and ZhuJiang Iron and Steel Co. ,Itd. The system can on line monitor the temperature and flux field of mold copper plate and display dynamically, It is very important to deeply understand the operating parameters to effect the temperature of it is provid to optimizum process paratmeters and mold design both on reasonsand practice data mold and operate the mold more expertly.
