摘　　要：力短波动的大小是衡量无刷直流电机性能的一项重要技术指标．本文设计了一种以电阻应变片为力炬传感器的力矩波动在线测试装置，并通过调制、解调方式实现了力矩波动信号的无接触输出．Torque ripple is one of the most important specification indexes of brushless DC motors.An online measuring device is designed to measure the torque ripple in this paper.The sensor of the device is a wire strain gauge.The torque ripple signal outputs with no contact by modulation and demodulation modes.
