摘　　要：结合无线智能网基于位置业务的网络模型及实现位置计费业务的标准定位方法,提出了实现无线智能网基于位置定位业务的方案,并用信令流程加以表示.定位技术和位置信息获取技术的引入,增强了计费的合理性、可靠性、方便性,极大地满足了用户的需求.According to the network pattern of location-based service （LBS） in wireless intelligent network （WIN） and the standard positioning method of location-based charging（LBC） ,a corresponding solution of LBC is presented and expressed by signaling flow chart. By introduction of positioning method and acquisition technique information of position, the rationality, reliability and convenience of LBC are greatly improved, meeting the user＇ s requirements satisfactorily.
