摘　　要：本文系统地介绍了马铃薯遗传育种中利用双单倍体、2n 配子将遗传多样性从野生种、近缘种转入四倍体栽培种的染色体倍性操作方法及研究进展。The progress of research on chromosomal manipulation by utilizing dihaploids and 2n ga- mentes to transfer genetic diversity from wild species and cultivated relatives to cultivated tetraploid pota- toes is introduced in this review.
