摘　　要：罚金刑缓刑兼具缓刑制度和罚金刑制度的优势。设立罚金刑缓刑制度可以弥补罚金刑和缓刑制度的不足并增强它们的功能,符合国际趋势和刑罚发展规律。我国应增设罚金刑缓刑制度。The system of conditional suspension of pecuniary penalty has the advantages of the system of probation and pecuniary penalty. The establishment of conditional suspension of pecuniary penalty can make up the shortages and strengthen the functions of the system of pecuniary penalty and probation. It is also in line with the international trend and the laws of criminal penalty. The system of conditional suspension of pecuniary penalty should be established in China soon.
