摘 要:目的:探讨多层螺旋CT多平面重组(multi-planar reformation,MPR)技术在主动脉夹层动脉瘤(DAA)术前评价中的价值。方法:术前对21例主动脉夹层动脉瘤患者行多层螺旋CT检查并利用原始数据行MPR重组,比较原始横轴位图像与MPR图像显示DAA的情况。结果:横轴位图像上均可显示真假腔形态、大小,显示剥脱的内膜瓣片破口位置9例。MPR图像上也均可显示真假腔形态、大小,显示剥脱的内膜瓣片破口位置18例。21例均能显示内膜与各分支血管之间的关系。结论:多层螺旋CT MPR能显示DAA剥脱的内膜瓣片破口位置,可对夹层动脉瘤明确分型,是术前评价DAA有效的影像学检查方法。Objective:To evaluate the value of multi-planar reformation (MPR) in the patients with dissecting aneutysm of aorta (DAA) .Methods:21 cases with DAA were performed plain scan and contrast enhancement scan by MSCT, all raw data were processed with MPR reconstructions. The ability to showing DAA was compared between original image and MPR.Results:On axial images, the true and false cavities shape and range can be observed in all the patients. The location of rupture was shown in 9 patients. On the MPR, the location of rupture was shown in 18 patients. All the patients were shown the relationship between the infima and branching vessels. Conclusion:MSCT and MPR can unequivocally discriminate the type of DAA and shown the position of rupture and are the principal methods in the patient with DAA.
