游泳与抚触对婴儿生长发育影响的效果观察

摘　　要：[目的]探讨游泳与抚触对婴儿生长发育影响的效果。[方法]对40名新生儿进行游泳及抚触并设对照组,记录两组儿童1、3、6个月时的身长、体重、头围均值及发育指标。每3个月进行1次发育指标评定和婴幼儿智能发育量表测试。[结果]两组婴儿3、6个月时体重、身长发育均值比较,差异显著(P<0．05);各能区发育以大运动、精细运动、个人交往能区发育商差异显著(P<0．01);智力发育指数和运动发育指数比较,差异显著(P<0．01)。[结论]游泳与抚触对婴儿生长发育有促进作用。[Objective] To survey the effect to the infant＇s growth and development swimming and touch. [Methods] 40 normal neonatals were surveyed and established the matched control in swimming and touch. Two groups were compared at 1 month, 3months, 6 months growth index and were measured intelligence development index every three months. [Results] Two groups infant＇s weigh,height were compared with divergence marked （P〈0.05）. Each the area with the big activity sport,individual communication marked difference （P〈0.01）. Metal development index（MDI）and the psychomotor development index（PDI） comparatively divergence marked （P〈0.01）. [Conclusion] The swimming and touch can be promoted the function to the infants＇ growth and development.
