摘  要:目的:探讨血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)和环氧化酶-2(COX-2)蛋白在食管鳞癌(ESCC)中的表达情况及其与淋巴结转移的关系。方法:应用SP法对60例ESCC手术病理标本进行COX-2和VEGF蛋白表达检测。结果:COX-2和VEGF在ESCC中的表达率分别为85.0%(51/60)和53.3%(32/60)。有淋巴结转移组COX-2和VEGF的表达水平均高于未转移组。COX-2和VEGF蛋白的表达呈明显的正相关,r=0·5202,P<0·01。结论:ESCC中COX-2和VEGF的高表达与ESCC的发生、发展及淋巴结转移有重要关系。OBJECTIVE: To explore the relationship between high expressions of COX-2 and VEGF protein and lymph node metastasis in ESCC. METHODS: The immunohistochemistry method was applied to determine the expressions of COX-2 and VEGF in 60 surgically resected human esophageal cancer specimens. RESULTS: The positive rates of COX-2 and VEGF in ESCC were 85. 0% (51/60) and 53. 3%(32/60) respectively. The expression rates of COX-2 and VEGF were higher in the group of lymph node metastasis than those in the group without lymph node metastasis. COX-2 expression was significantly correlated with VEGF expression, r = 0. 520 2, P 〈 0. 01. CONCLUSIONS: The over-expressions of COX-2 and VEGF may play a crucial role in the carcinogenesis and development of ESCC, and it enhances lymphatic metastasis in patients with ESCC.
