血管内皮生长因子在复发脑胶质瘤的表达

摘　　要：目的探索血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)蛋白表达与脑胶质瘤复发的关系。方法采用免疫组织化学方法,对31例初发及31例复发脑胶质瘤组织中VEGF蛋白表达进行测定和对照分析。结果VEGF在胶质瘤呈阳性表达,其中初发者阳性细胞率为(18.79±4.37)%,复发者为(61.34±2.51)%,两者比较差别有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论VEGF表达与脑胶质瘤复发相关。Objective To study the possible relation between the expression of vascular endothelial growth factoe（VEGF） and the recurrence of glioma, Methods Immunohistochemical staining was used to invetigate the VEGF expression in 31 cases of primary glioma and 31 cases of recurrent glioma. Results The positive staining rate and positive unit（PU） were obviously higher in recurrent glioma than that in primary glioma[（61. 34±2. 51） % vs （18.79±4.37） %, P〈0. 05]. Conclusion The recurrence of glioma might have close relationship with the expression of VEGF.
