摘  要:目的检测荷瘤鼠体内S-100蛋白及ICAM-1(细胞间粘附分子-I)的表达,探讨其与肿瘤发生、转移的关系。方法将培养的B16黑色素瘤细胞于实验组C57小鼠背部皮下注射,待肿瘤形成后,取局部淋巴结和肿瘤病变中心区及交界区皮肤,作免疫组化染色。结果肿瘤早期组S-100蛋白和ICAM-1阳性反应物面密度和数密度在淋巴结、肿瘤组织和癌周皮肤明显高于正常组和肿瘤晚期组(P<0.05)。结论S-100蛋白和ICAM-1的表达程度与肿瘤的侵袭和进程呈负相关。Objective To study the relationship of the development and metastasis of B16 melanoma with expressions of S-100 protein and intercellular adhesion molecule-1 (ICAM-1). Methods Cultured B16 melanoma cells were injected into the back of C57 mice, skin of the surrounding and center tissues of the tumor and the regional lymph nodes were obtained 14 and 25 days later respectively, and examined by immunohisocbemistry staining. Results The area density and number density of S-100 protein and ICAM-1 positive product in lymph nodes and tumor tissue and surrounding skins were much higher in earlier stage of the tumor than those in later stage of the tumor and in the normal control (P 〈 0. 05). Conclusion The relationship of the expressions of S-100 protein and ICAM-1 with the invasion and progress of B16 melanoma was negative.
