摘  要:选用一日龄ArborAcres(AA)商品代雏鸡180只进行饲养试验和屠宰试验,研究生豆粕日粮对肉用仔鸡生长发育、敏感性内脏组织及十二指肠蛋白酶活性的影响。结果表明:生豆粕尿酶和胰蛋白酶抑制因子(TI)活性分别达到1.93ΔpH和33.9酶活性单位,极显著抑制肉用仔鸡生长发育(P<0.01),使胰腺显著肿大(P<0.01),细胞体积扩大,单位面积细胞数减少。对肝脏重量及其组织学结构无明显影响。生豆粕中TI显著降低十二指肠蛋白酶活性(P<0.01)及日粮蛋白质的消化率。在生豆粕日粮中添加蛋氨酸,其对内仔鸡的抑制作用及对胰脏的损伤不能得到显著补偿。The fect of trypsin inmbitor activity(TIA)in raw soyhean meal onthe growth of broiler chickes, pancreas weight and proteinase activityin duodenum were investigated using 180 one-day-old Arbor Acres broilers.The results indicated that the TIA and urease activity in raw soybanmeal(RSBM)were 34.9 units/mg N and 1.93ΔpH respectively,in thesame time the growth rate and feed conversion efficiency were decreasedand the pancreatic hypertrophy took place.The pancreatic cell volume ofthe broilers fed the RSBM diet became larger,and the number of cells persquare millimetre decreased significantly.The trypsin inhibitor in RSBMdepressed the proteinase activity in the duodenum and true digestibility ofprotein was lowered.DL-methionine added in the RSBM diet could not im-prove the growth rate of broilers or alleviate the pancreas hypertrophy.
