伽玛刀治疗垂体瘤的近期疗效分析

摘　　要：１９９３年１０月至１９９４年４月用伽玛刀治疗垂体瘤１００例，随访７８例６～１２个月，其中随访了４９例的ＭＲ，复查了１２例血ＰＲＬ水平，复查了１０例血ＧＨ水平。结果表明，患者的症状控制率及肿瘤大小控制率均为１００％，治疗前后血ＰＲＬ、ＧＨ差别均有显著性，提示伽玛刀治疗垂体瘤的近期疗效良好。From Oct. 1993 to April 1994, one hundred patients with pituitary adenomas treated by Gamma knife were reported. 78 cases were followed up from 6 to 12 months, 49cases of them reexamined MR, 12 cases of them reexamined the levels of the blood PRL, 10cases of them reexamined the levels of the blood GH. The results showed that both the control rate of the tumor's size were 100%. There was obvious difference between the levels of blood PRL pre-and post treatment. So was the blood GH. The authors considered that the short-term result of Gamma knife to pituitary adenomas was good.
