摘　　要：从虚拟图书馆的概念及重要意义出发,分别从电子信息的收藏、服务、馆员和用户培训等4个方面探讨了网络环境下虚拟图书馆建设的重点。Based on the concept and significance of virtual library, the paper has explored the key points of constructing virtual library under cyber situation from electronic information storage, service, librarian and user training.
