摘  要:喷气织机打纬机构广泛采用瓦特型六连杆机构。在进行该机构的设计和运动分析时,单独使用图解法或解析法其过程都十分繁琐,因此采用MAPLE对六连杆打纬机构进行动态设计和运动分析。根据工作要求确定机构传动函数曲线,用经验方法初步选定机构的各个参数,依据运算结果得到实际的传动函数曲线并修正机构参数。该方法可以直观地得到机构运动的动态模拟效果,同时也可得到各个运动参数变化的图形及数值结果。分析结果表明,该方法对于其它各种机构的运动分析具有普遍的适用性。The Watt six-bar mechanism has been widely adopted as the beating-up mechanism of air-jet loom. The procedures of design and analysis of this mechanism is very complicated if individual graphic means or math analysis is used, So MAPLE was used in kinematical design and kinetic analysis of six-bar mechanism. The curve of the mechanism's drive function is determined depending on the work required, preliminary selection of parameters of the mechanism is performed according to experience. Then, the above parameters are amended in the light of the actual curve of drive function which is plotted by MAPLE program on the basis of the results of computation. This method makes the dynamic analogue of the mechanism visual, along with graphs and numeric values resulting from the variation in motion parameters. Analytical results show that this method is universally suitable for kinetic analysis of other kinds of mechanism.
