摘　　要：目的：探讨一氧化氮（NO）在青光眼患者视神经损害中的作用。方法：对1980～2005年在CNKI上收录的有关一氧化氮与青光眼患者视神经损害的论著进行总结分析。结果：NO在调节眼内压和视网膜微循环的血流量上起重要作用。结论：NO含量与青光眼视神经损害有关。Objective： To explore the role of nitric oxide in the deterioration of optic nerve in glaucoma patients;Mathods：Sum up and analyze the treatises that was collected by CNKI about nitric oxide and deterioration of optic nerve in glaucoma patients from 1980 to 2005 ;Results：Nitric oxide contributes great to adjusting the interocular pressure and the rate of flow in retinal tiny circuit;Conclusions：The content of nitric oxide is related to the deterioration of optic nerve in glaucoma.
