自测健康评定量表的因子分析

摘　　要：目的评价自测健康评定量表修订版(SRHMS V1.0)的结构效度。方法采取整群随机抽样的方法,应用SRHMS V1.0对选取的2000个个体进行现场测试。结果因子分析采用主成分分析法共选出10个因子,累积贡献率达65.791%。在10个因子中,它们贡献率分别为29.220%、9.089%、7.818%、4.109%、3.891%、2.790%、2.542%、2.200%、2.100%及2.035%。因子分析得到的10个因子与SRHMS V1.0的理论构想基本一致。结论SRHMS V1.0具有较好的结构效度。Objective To assessing the construct validity of Self-rated Health Measurement Scale-the Revised Version 1.0 （SRHMS V1.0）. Methods Totally 2000 individuals were selected from Guangzhou and Haikou cities by cluster random sampling method to perform on-the spot trial for the study of construct validity about SRHMS V1. 0. Results Ten factors were selected with cumulative contribution rate 65. 791% by main component analysis method. The contribution rate of ten factors was 29. 220%, 9. 089%, 7. 818%, 4. 109%, 3. 891%, 2.790%, 2. 542%, 2.200% , 2. 100% and 2. 035% respectively, which was basically consistent with original theoretical conception about SRHMS V1. 0. Conclusion SRHMS V1.0 has good construct validity.
