大学生心理亚健康状态筛查及评价

摘　　要：目的建立一套科学有效的心理亚健康状态筛查方法。方法采用康奈尔医学指数(CMI)对广东某所医科大学412名医学生进行心理亚健康状态的筛查;采用焦虑、抑郁、睡眠质量、生理指标的测量及精神科诊断的方法对CMI筛查心理亚健康的准确率及有效性进行检验。结果广东医学生心理亚健康的发生比例为19.3%。采用CMI量表筛查出来的心理亚健康大学生的焦虑抑郁状况、睡眠质量、基础生理值均处于健康与疾病状态之间,CMI筛查普通人群中心理亚健康人员的准确率达到96.1%。结论CMI量表能够有效筛查出普通人群中的心理亚健康者。Objective To establish a scientific method to screen those people with mental subhealth. Methods The Cornell Medical Index （CMI） was used to screen mental subhealth people from 412 grade one students from a Guangdong Medical University. Anxiety and depression grade, sleeping quality, physiological value and psychiatric interlocution were used as criteria to study the test validity. Results There were 18.2 % of mental subhealth students in Guangdong medical university. The anxiety and depression grade, sleeping quality, physiological value of subhealth students that screened by CMI were between the value of health and illness. The correct ratio of CMI screening mental subhealth people among the masses was 96.1%. Conclusion The CMI can effectively screen the mental subhealth people among the masses.
