摘 要:通过对不锈钢焊管焊缝和母材的对比试验及有限元模拟,揭示了两者出现差异时,管液压胀形时破裂发生的位置:当焊缝的材料硬化指数n值低于母材时,胀形时破裂将从焊缝中心线处发生;当焊缝的n值高于母材时,胀形时破裂将从焊缝的边缘发生。以此提供了有效评价不锈钢焊管在胀形中成形性能的判断依据。Through the comparative experiments and Finite Element Simulation (FES) between welding joint and base metal, this paper indicates that if the Material Hardness Exponent( n value) of the base metal is superior to that of the welding joint, the crack will break out in the middle of the welding joint, otherwise it will break out at the edge of the welding joint, which predicts the states that maybe happen in the hydroforming of Welding Stainless Steel Tube(WSST). The reason for this phenomena is because of the deference in n value. This paper brings the idea of strengthening the whole hydraulic formability of WSST through strengthening the n value of the welding joint and verifies it via the use of FES software which illustrates the effect of different n value on the hydroforming of the WSST. This paper combines the practical experiments with the FES, which will make some contribution to the research of the hydraulic formability of WSST.
