摘  要:目的分析蜣螂油脂的化学成分,为蜣螂开发利用提供一定依据。方法采用GC-MS联用仪,分析蜣螂油脂的化学成分。结果从中检出14种化合物,其中油酸和亚油酸等不饱合脂肪酸含量高达50%以上,并含有较少见的奇数碳脂肪酸。结论预示蜣螂油脂对心脑血管系统疾病有防治作用,其抗癌活性可能与奇数碳脂肪酸有关。OBJECTIVE To investigate the chemical components of fatty oils in the Chinese medicinal dung beetle ( Catharsius molossus Linnaeus). OBJECTIVE GC - MS analysis was adoted. METHODS 14 compounds were identified. Among fatty acids unsaturated, such as oleic acid and linolic acid,accounted for more than 50% ,Odd - carbon fatty oils were also identified. CONCLUSION The fatty oils are related to the preventive and therapeutic actions towards cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, which may be related to the anfitumor activity of dung beetle.
