摘　　要：壳三糖苷酶(CT)是人体内的一种几丁质水解酶,即内源性β-氨基葡萄糖苷酶,为18-糖基水解酶家族的成员,由激活的巨噬细胞分泌。根据现在的研究结果推测,其可能与机体防御作用、巨噬细胞激活和形态发育有关。本文就目前壳三糖苷酶的研究进展及其与人类疾病的相关研究简要综述。Chitotriosidase （CT）, the chitinase of human, is a kind of endogenous β-glucosaminidase belonging to 18-giyeonhydratase family which is secreted by activated macrophages. Many researches suggest that chitotriosidase might play a role in body defense, activation of macrophages and morphological development of human. This articles reviews the progress of chitotriosidase and its relation with human disease.
