摘　　要：根据当代大学生独立意识、自主意识、民主意识较强的特点,我们探索了一种全新的学生自我教育的方式,即对个别违纪学生的处理召开听证会的方式。通过听证会,使涉案双方及参加听证会的同学都受到一次现身说法的教育,加强了他们之间的沟通、理解,建立了良好的同学关系,提高了他们自我教育的能力和水平,为创建和谐校园奠定了良好的基础。Based on the characteristics of the nowadays college students＇ strong sense of independence, sense of democracy and sense of freedom, we have discovered a brand-new mode of students＇ self-education. That is, we criticize the students who disobey the rules and discipline by holding an argumentation meeting, at which both sides of the students concerned and other students can have the chance to listen to opinions on rules and law. In this way, the students improve their ability of self-education. Meanwhile, they can communicate and understand each other better and then a more friendly relationship between the students can be established, which can help lay a good foundation for building a harmonious campus.
