摘  要:目的:探讨不同运动项目对脑干听觉诱发电位各指标影响的规律,以便将其在体育科学领域中推广应用。方法:于2005-04/07选择山东师范大学在校健康大学生志愿者175人为实验对象。采用NDI-200(海神号)神经电检诊仪对体育系学生(n=125)及普通系学生(n=50)的脑干听觉诱发电位进行记录分析,并进行横向比较研究。结果:175人均完成测试,全部进入结果分析。①体育系学生左右耳脑干听觉诱发电位Ⅲ波及Ⅴ波的潜伏期均明显长于普通系学生(P<0.05);左右耳脑干听觉诱发电位Ⅰ~Ⅲ波及Ⅰ~Ⅴ波的峰间期较普通系学生明显延长(P<0.05)。②体育系及普通系学生左右耳脑干听觉诱发电位Ⅰ波、Ⅱ波的潜伏期以及Ⅰ~Ⅲ波的峰间期均存在有显著性差异(P<0.05)。③与普通系学生相比,田径专项学生脑干听觉诱发电位Ⅲ波、Ⅴ波的潜伏期,Ⅰ~Ⅲ波、Ⅰ~Ⅴ波的峰间期显著延长(P<0.05);球类专项学生脑干听觉诱发电位Ⅲ、Ⅳ、Ⅴ波的潜伏期,Ⅰ~Ⅲ波、Ⅰ~Ⅴ波的峰间期显著延长(P<0.05);与田径专项学生相比,球类专项学生脑干听觉诱发电位Ⅲ波的潜伏期显著延长(P<0.05)。④体育系学生,不管是田径项目还是球类项目的学生,其左右耳听觉反应时明显短于普通系学生(P<0.01)。⑤无论是田径专项或是球类专项学生的听觉反应时较普通系学生显著缩短(P<0.05)。结论:长期的体育运动可提高上橄榄体的信息加工处理能力,球类运动对其的影响较田径运动更加明显。AIM: To probe into the rule of different sports activities on all indexes of brainstem auditory evoked potentials (BAEP), so as to apply it to the domain of sports science. METHODS: 175 subjects were selected from healthy undergraduate voluntaries of Shandong Normal University between April and July 2005. The neural electricity tester of NDI-200 was adopted to examine, record and analyze the BAEP of subjects in the Department of Physical Education (n =125) and other Departments (n=50), and transversal comparison was conducted for research. RESULTS: All of the subjects accomplished the test and were involved in the analysis of results.①Compared with subjects of other departments, the lateneies of Ⅲ and Ⅴ in BAEP of beth ears in subjects of Department of Physical Education were obviously longer (P 〈 0.05), and the interspike interval (ISI) of Ⅰ - Ⅲ, Ⅰ - Ⅴ of subjects in the Department of Physical Education were obviously longer (P 〈 0.05). ②There were significant differences in ISI of Ⅰ -Ⅲ and the latencies of Ⅰ and Ⅱ of right and left ears of BAEP between subjects of the Department of Physical Education and thoec of other departments.(P 〈 0.05).③Compared with the subjects of other departments, the latencies of Ⅲ and Ⅴ as well as the ISI of Ⅰ - Ⅲ and Ⅰ - Ⅴ in subjects of the Department of Track and Fields were prolonged obviously (P 〈 0.05), and the latencies of Ⅲ, Ⅳ and Ⅴ as well as the ISI of Ⅰ-Ⅲ and Ⅰ -Ⅴ in BAEP in subjects majoring in ballgame were remarkably prolonged (P 〈 0.05). Compared with the subjects majoring in track and fields, the latency of m in BAEP was obviously prolonged in subjects majoring in ball game (P 〈 0.05).④In subjects of the Department of Physical Education, no matter what major they were, were shorter in both ears auditory reaction time than subjects in other departments (P 〈 0.01).⑤ Compared with the subjects of other majors, the auditory reaction time of subjects maj
