摘  要:目的:观察氦氖激光(位照射疗法对缺血缺氧性脑损伤新生大鼠行为学方面的影响。方法:实验于2003-12/2004-05在郑州大学基础医学院人体解剖学实验室进行,取7d龄普通级健康Wistar大鼠56只随机分为假手术组(n=12)、模型组(n=12)、激光非(位照射组(n=16)、激光(位照射组(n=16)4组。除假手术组外,其他3组大鼠结扎新生鼠左颈总动脉后,再吸入低浓度氧制成缺血缺氧性脑损伤大鼠模型,氦氖激光照射治疗于模型制备后第2天开始,10min/次,1次/d,并在同一时间进行,10d为1个疗程,共2个疗程,两疗程间隔2d。照射(位选择大椎、百会两(。(位及非(位定位参照大鼠常用的针灸(位。治疗结束后以三等臂辐射状Y迷宫检测Wistar大鼠学习、记忆能力。并取脑组织制备切片,进行脑神经元胆碱乙酰基转移酶免疫组化染色。结果:56只大鼠在实验过程中无缺失值,全部进入结果分析。①激光(位照射组达到学会标准平均需要的次数(条件反射形成次数)显著低于模型组和激光非(位照射组,差异有显著性意义[(23.06±4.74),(35.92±5.88),(33.94±4.68)次,P<0.05];记忆能力(错误次数)显著低于模型组和激光非(位照射组,差异有显著性意义[(17.13±2.99),(27.25±5.63),(26.94±3.15)次,P<0.05]。模型组和激光非(位照射组条件反射形成次数显著高于假手术组,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05);模型组和激光非(位照射组记忆能力(错误次数)显著高于假手术组,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。②假手术组海马结构CA1、CA2、CA3、齿状回均有大量脑神经元胆碱乙酰基转移酶免疫反应阳性神经元分布,其中以海马锥体细胞层和齿状回颗粒细胞层最密集;模型组与激光非(位照射组海马结构内仍有一定量脑神经元胆碱乙酰基转移酶免疫反应阳性神经元分布,CA1区脑神经元胆碱乙酰基转移酶免疫反应阳性神经元数量比假手术组显著减少,差异有显著性意义(P<0AIM: To observe the effect of HeZNe laser acupoint irradiation on behavior in neonatal rats after hypoxia-ischemia brain injury. METHODS: The experiment was conducted at the Laboratory of Human Anatomy, School of Basic Medical Sciences, Zhengzhou University from December 2003 to May 2004. Totally 56 common healthy Wistar rats with 7 days old were selected and divided randomly into sham operation group (n=12), model group (n=12), non-laser irradiation group (n=16) and laser irradiation group (n=16). Left common carotid of neonatal rats except in sham operation group was ligated, and then oxygen at low concentration was breathed to establish ischemia-hypoxia brain injury rat models. From the second day of modeling, He-Ne laser irradiation was treated on rats, 10 minutes every time, Once a day. The trial was performed at the same time point, 10 days as a course, totally for 2 courses (interval for 2 days between the two courses). Tachui (Du 14) and Paihui (Du 20) were irradiated. Acupoints and non-acupoints were determined as the general acupoints of rats. Rats suffered from radial Y maze test after the second course to detect the learning and memory ability of Wistar rats. The brain tissues were gained for making sections, and then stained by choline acetyl transferase immunohistochemical staining. RESULTS: Totally 56 rats were involved in the result analysis, no dropout. ①Number of conditional reflex of institute standard in the laser irradiation group was significantly lower than that in the model group and nonlaser irradiation group. There were significant differences [(23.06±4.74), (35.92±5.88), (33.94±4.68) times, P 〈 0.05]. Memory ability (number of mistake) was significantly lower than that in the model group and non-laser irradiation group. There were significant differences [(17.13±2.99), (27.25±5.63),(26.94±3.15) times,P 〈 0.05]. Number of conditional reflex in the model group and non-laser irradiation group was significantly higher
