摘  要:介绍了软计算方法的概念、内涵、外延以及应用,探讨了模糊理论、人工神经网络及遗传算法等技术的特点,论述了软计算技术间的融合及集成方法,并针对软计算在塑性成形领域的应用介绍了包括冷挤压工艺设计中人工神经网络的遗传优化问题、模糊神经网络用于冷挤压件能否一次冷挤压成形的判断以及运用人工神经网络进行专家系统的知识自动获取等;综述和分析了软计算应用于塑性成形领域的国内外研究现状;对软计算技术的进一步研究和应用提出了展望。First of all, the conception, connotation and extension of soft computing were introduced in this paper. The characteristics of fuzzy theory, artificial neural networks and genetic algorithm were discussed, and the integrations of soft computing techniques were analyzed. Our researches on soft computing in metal forming, including genetic optimizing ANN in cold extru sion process design, fuzzy ANN for determining whether or not cold extrusion part can be formed in one blow, and ANN for knowledge acquisition in expert system, were also addressed. Then, up to date applications of soft computing in the area of metal forming were dissertated. In the end, expectations for farther researches and applications of soft computing were brought forward.
