摘  要:油气悬架将传统悬架的弹性组件和减振器组合于一体,采用惰性气体氮气作为弹性介质,以油液为传力介质,其优越的非线性特性和良好的减振性能能够提高非公路车辆的行驶平顺性。建立传统被动悬架和油气悬架的整车虚拟模型,进行整车平顺性虚拟试验,对比仿真数据,说明采用油气悬架的车辆其垂直振动加速度功率谱的峰值约下降50%。The oil-air suspension combines the elastic components and damper of traditional suspensions into one body. By adopting inert nitrogen as elastic medium and oil as force transfer medium, ride comfort of off-highway vehicles can be enhanced via its excellent nonlinear characteristics and damping property. Virtual models of an overall vehicle with traditional suspension and oil-air suspension are established to perform virtual experiment on ride comfort of whole vehicle and compare simulation data. It is demonstrated that the peak value of power spectrum of vertical acceleration for vehicles with oil-air suspension is reduced by about 50%.
