颈椎前路钢板系统在颈椎肿瘤手术中的应用

摘　　要：目的：探讨颈椎前路带锁钢板系统在颈椎肿瘤手术治疗中的应用价值.方法：对8例颈椎肿瘤患者采取前路椎体切除、自体髂骨植骨以及颈椎前路带锁钢板ORION内固定手术治疗.结果：8例患者得到8～21个月随访,平均12.5个月,2.9～4.3个月内所有植骨均骨性融合,平均融合时间3.4个月,瘫痪患者神经功能均有不同程度恢复,1例术后出现短暂声嘶,1例术后出现吞咽困难,无钢板螺钉断裂、松动或脱出及其他并发症.结论：颈椎前路带锁钢板系统在手术切除颈椎椎体和肿瘤后能提供即刻稳定性,有利于促进神经功能的恢复.Objective： To explore the application value of anterior locking cervical plate system in the treatment for cervical spinal tumors. Methods： 8 cases were treated by anterior vertebrectomy, anterior tumor resection, auto-lilac bone graft and internal fixation with ORION anterior locking cervical plate system. Results： After an average of 12.5 months follow-up, All bone-grafts obtained solid fusion within 2.9-4. 3 months after operation, 3.4 months on average. Paraplegia showed different degrees of recovery. 1 patient had transient voice hoarse due to Laryngeal nerve traction injury, 1 patient had transient dysphagia due to esophago traction injury. No plate or screw was loose or fractured. Conclusion： Anterior locking cervical plate system （ORION） is an ideal choice for internal fixation after anterior vertebrectomy, anterior tumor resection. It can provide stabilization instantly and promote neurological function recovery. Therefore, it can play an important role in improving tumor patients prognosis and raising his/her life quality.
