马钢3号高炉HT冷却壁破损分析

摘　　要：对马钢3号高炉第四代炉役HT冷却壁的破损进行了统计研究和扒炉调查。分析表明,对马钢300m^3级高炉,炉腹段冷却壁的总破损率是一个极其重要的、可作为评价高炉一代寿命进程的标志指标。当这一指标≥40％时,高炉进入晚期工作;≥80％时,高炉一代寿命终结。另根据扒炉调查结果,对冷却壁破损过程进行了初步分析。A statistieal study and a raking out investigation have been made on the breakage in HT cooling staves for the fourth campaign of No.3 BF at Maanshan Iron & Steel Co.,Ltd.The result shows that the total breakage rate of the cooling staves for bosh area can serve as a very important index to appraise one campaign life of the 300 rn3BF,The BF campaign comes into last stage when it is ≥10% and to an end when it is ≥80%.In addition the process of breakage in the cooling staves has been analysed preliminarily on the basis oi the results of raking out investigation.
