摘　　要：技术引进是后进国家赶超先进国家的一条重要途径,对引进的技术是否需要消化吸收,这是一个企业经营决策的问题,其中信息对消化吸收风险决策有着非常大的影响。一般情况下,最优决策将受后验概率的影响。后验是由后来的信息所产生,从后验概率函数效用中可得出,在什么条件下投资于消化吸收最优,对企业具有一定的指导意义。Technology introduction is an important approach for underdeveloped comntries to overtake developed countrie.Wheter technology introduced need absorbing or not, it is a problem of operation decision for enterprises,in which information can greatly affect decision - making on absorption. This paper discusses the conditions well matching investment on absorption. The expected utility of posterior probability function resulted from infomiafion, possesses a certain gniding significance.
