摘　　要：为探讨恶性肿瘤患者α－羟丁酸脱氢酶（ＨＢＤ）的变化，作者对６５例原发性肺癌病人作了血清ＨＢＤ活力的观察。结果显示，肺癌患者ＨＢＤ浓度显著高于健康人，前者为２５１±３５．４Ｕ／Ｌ，后者为１８０±２７．２Ｕ／Ｌ，Ｐ＜０．０１。同时还检测了二者血清乳酸脱氢酶（ＬＤＨ）的活力，经计算ＨＢＤ／ＬＤＨ的比值，二者基本一致。作者探讨了肺癌患者ＨＢＤ升高的机理，同时还对ＨＢＤ与肿瘤的组织学类型及临床分期关系作了初步分析研究。The serum level of α-Hydroxy-butyric dehydrogenase(α-HBD)was observed in 65 cases of primary lung cancer.The results Showed that the serum level of α-HBD in patients with lung cancer(251±35.4U/L)was higher than that in normal coutrols (180±29.2 U/L).There was a significant diference in two groups(p<0.01).The activity of serum LDH in two growps was measured and there was no significant difference in HBD/LDH ratio.The mechanism of increase in α-HBD in lung cancer patients and the relation between α-HBD and clinical stage and histological type were also disscussed.
