卵巢肿瘤患者血清微量元素与CA_（125）关系的研究

摘　　要：联合测定１９例卵巢良性肿瘤、１７例卵巢恶性肿瘤及２１例健康妇女血清ＣＡ１２５及微量元素。结果发现肿瘤患者血清Ｃｒ、Ｆｅ水平较对照组明显降低，Ｃｕ、Ｚｎ和ＣＡ１２５水平明显升高；良、恶性肿瘤间无差异。恶性肿瘤患者Ｃｒ和ＣＡ１２５异常率高于良性肿瘤，两者的Ｃｕ、Ｚｎ和Ｃｕ／Ｚｎ比值异常率相近。表明联合测定ＣＡ１２５及Ｃｒ有助于卵巢恶性肿瘤的早期诊断。The level of trace elements and CA125 in serum of 19 patients with benign trmors,17 cases of malignant ovarian disease and 21 health women were determined; Our results revealed that the levels of serum Cr and Fe were significantly lower,while Cu,Zn and CA125 levels were higher in patients with ovarian disease than in controls,No differences between malignant and benign ovarian diseases were found.The percentage of abnormal values of CA125 and Cr was higher in patients with malignant tumors than in patients with benign tumors,while the Cu,Zn and Cu/Zn ratio abnormal values were similar in both groups of patients.It suggested that the combined determination of Cr and CA125 may be helpful to diagnose ovarian cancer in early stage.
