现行食管、贲门癌切除术对术后患者消化系统功能的影响  

Influence of Current Carcinomectomy of Esophagus and Cardia on Functions of Digestive System of Patients after the Operation

摘　　要：218例患者接受了食管、贲门癌切除术.术后1～3年生存158例,观察了术后生存患者消化系统的功能.食欲减退、食量减少、脂肪泻和体重下降在158例中均存在;顽固性呕吐、胃滞留、胆汁瘀滞和胆囊结石形成分别为15例(9.5%)、135例(85.4%)、128例(81.0%)和69例(43.7%).观察结果表明,术后患者消化系统功能的变化与现行手术中切断迷走神经的直接影响相关.Two hundred and eighteen cases received current resection and esophagogas-crostomy for carcinoma of esophagus and cardia. 158 cases of them survived from 1 to 3 years and functions of the digestive system after the operation were observed. Decrease in appetite and food intake, stearrhea and loss of weight existed in all 158 cases. Obstinate vomiting, gastric stasis, cholestasis and cholecystic stones occurred in 15 (9. 5%), 135 (85.4%), 128 (81. 0%) and 69 (43. 7%) cases, respectively. All these complications were directly related to the resection of vagus together with the tumor during current operation. For this reason, a new technique of resecting tumor with the preservation of vagus nerves was designed by the authors for modifying current carcinomectorny of esophagus and cardia. It has been employed in 45 cases, and good results have been obtained.
