摘 要:目的:离体比较临床常用的三种水门汀在模拟口腔环境下的稳定情况,为临床水门汀应用,远期效果预测提供理论依据.方法:将3M树脂加强型玻璃离子水门汀,登士柏玻璃离子水门汀,松风的聚羧酸锌水门汀分别浸泡于人工唾液中30d,冷热循环2000次,烘干称重法测量前后变化,电镜观察表面改变.结果:三种水门汀溶解度是不同的,树脂加强型水门汀对溶解的改善是显著的.溶解度由低到高依次是3M树脂加强型玻璃离子水门汀,登士柏玻璃离子水门汀,松风聚羧酸锌水门汀.结论:树脂加强型玻璃离子水门汀理化性质稳定,溶解度小,是未来充填剂和粘固剂的良好选择.AIM: To compare the stability of 3 types of cements in a simulated oral environment so as to provide theoretical evidences for their clinical application. METHODS: Three types of cements (3M ESPE RelyX^TM Luting Cement, DENSPLY DETREY ChemFlex^TM Glass-ionomer cement, Shofu POLYCAR- BOXYLATE Cement) were dipped in artificial saliva for 30 d and were thermal cycled for 2000 times at the same time. Then the solubility of the 3 types of cements were caculated and the surface of samples were observed under scanning electron microscope (SEM). RESULTS: Significant differences in stability were found among the 3 groups ( P 〈 0.05). The descending sequence of stability was Shofu POLYCARBOXYLATE Cement, DENSPLY DETREY ChemFlex^TM Glass-ionomer cement, 3M ESPE RelyX^TM Luting Cement. CONCLUSION: The stability of resin-modified glass ionomer cement is an excellent choice for tilling and adhesive because of its high stability and low solubility.
