谈人文精神在创新素质培养中的作用

摘　　要：创造性人才的培养离不开人文精神的培育,人文精神作为人类先进文化的精髓,在人才创新素质培养中起着重要的作用。人文精神使创新的主体树立正确的世界观,形成科学的方法论和思维方式;人文精神为创新精神的形成全面注入精神内涵,使创新主体理性地进行创造性活动;在创新素质的各个环节,人文精神都具有不可替代的作用。培养人才的创新素质,就必然要弘扬人文精神,否则,人类会为一个缺乏人文精神的社会付出不应有的代价。The fostering of talents with creative ability is dependent of humanistic spirit. As the distillation of human advanced culture, humanistic spirit plays an important role in the innovation diathesis cultivation. Humanistic spirit helps the innovative bodies build up correct woddview and form scientific methodology and thinking manner. Humanistic spirit can cultivate the comprehensive spirit connotation for the forming of innovation spirit and carry through some creative activities rationally. In every innovation segment, humanistic spirit cannot be substituted. In order to bring up the innovation diathesis of talents with ability, we must carry forward humanistic spirit. Otherwise, human will pay out unnecessary cost for an information society that lacks humanistic spirit.
