摘　　要：[目的]总结支气管肺动脉成形术治疗中央型非小细胞肺癌的体会。[方法]分析我院胸外科自2000年6月至2005年6月采用支气管肺动脉成形术治疗中央型非小细胞肺癌32例的临床资料。[结果]全组病例无手术死亡及吻合口瘘发生。[结论]支气管肺动脉成形术使肺癌手术适应证扩大,较好地体现了既最大限度地切除肿瘤,又最大限度地保留正常肺组织的基本原则。[Purpose] To summarize the experience of bronchoplasty and pulmonary artery reconstruction in the treatment of central NSCLC. [Methods] Thirty-two cases with central NSCLC treated with bronchoplasty and pulmonary artery reconstruction in our hospital from June 2000 to June 2005 were analyzed. [Results] No operative mortality and no bronchial and pulmonary arterial fistula occurred in this group. [Conclusion] Bronchoplasty and pulmonary artery reconstruction extended the surgical indications for lung cancer, which reveal farthest excision of pulmonary tumor and farthest preservation of normal lung tissues.
