摘　　要：乳腺癌耐药蛋白是最近发现的一种肿瘤多药耐药蛋白,它存在于细胞膜上与肿瘤耐药关系密切。因此,乳腺癌多药耐药蛋白有望成为一种新的治疗靶点。现主要综述,乳腺癌耐药蛋白的基因和蛋白的结构特点、作用方式、耐药特征、检测方法、其表达在临床中的意义及其介导的MDR(multidrugresistance)的逆转。The breast cancer resistance protein is a kind of multidrug resistance which was found in the recent year. It is consisted in the membrane of the cell and related with the multidrug resistance. So, the breast cancer resistance protein will be the new therapeutic target. Now, we summarized the character of the structure and the character, the way of function and examination, the clinic significance of the expression and the reverse of multidrug resistance.
