半导体激光治疗视网膜干性裂孔的临床观察

摘  要:目的探讨半导体激光对视网膜干性裂孔的疗效。方法对眼前有闪光感,飞蚊症等症状但无视野改变以及在该科行近视屈光手术前检查发现的视网膜干性裂孔且裂孔及变性区范围小于2个象限患者81例94眼进行半导体激光光凝变性区周围或裂孔后缘2~3排,观察裂孔的愈合及病情发展情况。结果所有患者均进行随访,平均随访时间为10个月,其中84眼裂孔封闭,无视野缺损及其他并发症的发生,光凝前后视力无改变。另外10眼由于变性区范围及裂孔过大或视网膜下液过多发生视网膜脱离,行冷凝及巩膜外填压后治愈。结论半导体激光治疗视网膜干性裂孔是一种安全有效的方法,但裂孔或变性区范围大者须慎重。[Objective] To study the therapeutic effect on dry retinal hole by semiconductor laser. [Methods] The patients who have coruscation, spotted vision but have no field of vision change and the patients who were examined and had dry retinal hole would carry refraction operation because of myopia, all 81 cases and 94 eyes' holes or degeneration area were smaller than two quadrant and were treated by semieonduetor laser for 2-3 row to look the hole's healing and progression of disease. [Results] All patients were followed up, the average time was 10 months, 84 eyes' holes were blocked, there was no vision change before and after laser therapy. The other 10 eyes developed retinal detachment because of too large of hole and degeneration area. All these patients were treated by sclera buckling. [Conclusion] The semiconductor laser is a safe and effective approach in treating retinal hole, but we should be cautious for these large hole or degeneration area.
