摘　　要：目的探讨在心电监护下对老年患者进行开髓治疗是否必要。方法对120例60岁以上患者在心电监护下进行开髓治疗,观察患者术前、麻醉中、麻醉后、术中、术后血压、心率变化。结果全部患者血压、心率均有不同程度的改变。结论老年患者开髓治疗在心电监护下进行是必要的,而且也是预防心血管意外的有效措施。Objective To discuss the necessity of ECG monitor during open dental pulp of senile patient. Methods 120 cases （age over 60） were performed open dental pulp under ECG monitor. The changes of Bp and HR before operation, during anesthesia, after anesthesia, during operation and after operation were observed. Results All patients had varied changes in Bp and HR. Conclusion The results shown that it was necessary to monitor the ECG during open dental pulp so that to prevent the cardiovascular accident of senile patient.
