摘　　要：充分发挥纪检监察机关在预防和遏制腐败中的教育引导作用,构筑思想防线,形成充满活力的发展环境;充分发挥其监督作用,坚持依法执纪,构建民主法治的政治环境;充分发挥其预防惩治作用,实现综合治理,构建公平正义的社会环境,对于构建社会主义和谐社会具有十分重大的意义。It is of great significance to bring into full play the educational and guiding function of the commission for inspecting discipline in preventing and checking corruption, build an ideological line of defence and form a lively development environment, the supervising function in enforcing the discipline by law so as to build a political environment of democracy and legal system, the function of prevention and punishment so as to conduct a comprehensive treatment and create a social environment of justice.
