摘　　要：诱惑侦查是刑事诉讼中的一种特殊的侦查手段,在实践中被广泛采用又极具争议,本文从诱惑侦查的基本类型入手,分析了其实行的必要性,合法性及法律后果,并对实践中的诱惑侦查进行规制,将我国的诱惑侦查纳入法制的运行轨道。Entrapment investigation is an special method of investigation in dispute. This article begin with the basic type of entrapment investigation, and criminal procedure, is analyse it＇s necessity, consequence, also impose restrictions on Entrapment in vestigation in practice, put our on the legal system course. used widely and in legitimate and law country＇s Entrapment investigation on the legal system course.
