论民事执行的检察监督

摘　　要：在我国民事执行实践中,“执行难,”“执行乱”的现象较为突出。要切实维护当事人和案外人的合法权益,维护法院的司法权威,维护国家法制的尊严,应当赋予检察机关对民事执行活动的监督权,明确规定民事执行检察监督的范围和方式。In civil implementation there is a trend that the implementation is difficuh and in disorder. Therefore. we should take effective measures to protect parties and other persons＇ legal rights, to defend the judicial authority of courts, to guard the honor of the law. The procuratorial organ should have the power to supervise the civil implementation and the scope as well as the way of the civil implementation should be determined in detail.
