摘  要:目的:用光弹法测定临床常用的两种可填压型复合树脂Solitaire2和Surefil的收缩应力。方法:制备直径80 mm,厚4 mm的光弹材料圆盘,中心制备直径为4 mm的圆孔,两种复合树脂每种材料8个样本充填后光照固化40 s。于固化后1 min、2 min3、min4、min、5 min1、0 min、20 min、30 min1、h、24 h和48 h记录光弹图,根据光弹图中条纹的直径计算收缩应力。结果:两种树脂固化后收缩应力随时间变化而上升,前10 min变化较明显,30min后收缩应力基本平稳。固化后48 h有81%的样本出现应力释放现象。结论:两种复合树脂的收缩应力不同。树脂的收缩应力可能会引起粘结失败,造成修复失败。Objective: To examine the polymerization stress of two condensable hybrid composite resins by means of a photo-dastic investigation. Method:Epoxide resin disks (φ= 80 mm,h= 4 mm) with cylindrical cavity (φ= 4 mm) in the middle were prepared ,and the materials were filled in the cavities with eight specimen of each, then light cured for 40 s (Dentsply QHL75 Curing lite), polymerization contraction stress were calculated based on the diameter of the isochromatic rings of first order obtained from the diameter of epoxide resin at 1 min,2 min,3 min,4 min,5 min,10 min,20 min,30 min,1 h,24 h and 48 h after curing . The statistical analysis was carried out with the Wilcoxon test (5 % level). Result, polymerization contraction stress rises rapidly in the first 10 min after curing. 81% percent specimens appear shrinkage stress releasing during 24 h and 48 h. Concision. The changing rate of the shrinkage stress are different between the two studied resin composites. The shrinkage stress caused by the shrinkage of the composite resins may affect the adhesiveness between composite and the epoxide resin and may cause adhesive failure in clinic.
