摘　　要：介绍了危害分析和关键控制点(HACCP)体系的发展历史、基本原理和应用程序,分析了城市给水系统与食品行业应用HACCP体系的差异,回顾了国内外在城市给水系统应用HAC-CP体系方面的研究与实践进展。HACCP体系提供了识别和预防危害的系统方法,有利于提高城市给水系统的过程控制和风险管理能力,保障饮用水水质安全。This paper introduces the evolution history, basic principles and application of the Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point （HACCP） system. The differences between applying HACCP system to urban water supply system and that to food industry are analyzed , and the progress in research and practice of the application to urban water supply system in mainland and overseas are reviewed. The HACCP system offers a systematic approach to identify and prevent hazards, and improves the capability of process control and risk management of urban water supply system. Thus, secure drinking water is ensured.
