摘　　要：建立了业务流程生命周期的IDEF0模型,对各个阶段的主要工作内容与步骤进行了分析。流程设计的主要任务是根据预先定义的目标,参照现有流程进行新的工作流程规划;流程定义将流程概念模型转换为特定工作流管理系统能够识别的流程定义语言;流程运行要实现流程的部署、执行和监控;流程挖掘是为进一步流程优化提供知识规则;流程再造是为了实现流程的持续过程改进。The model of BPLC is built using IDEF0. After discussion of main states ot BPLC, primary contents and general steps of these states are summarized. The task of process design is planning the TO-BE process on the basis of AS-IS process according to the pre^defined target. Process definition transforms the conceptual model into process definition language that a specific WFMS can identify. Process implement includes deployment, execution, monitoring and control of process. Process excavation aims to supporting knowledge and rules for process optimization. Process reengineering is to improve the process persistently.
