供应链协作信任影响因素的实证研究

摘　　要：提出了一个描述供应链协作信任与其影响因素之间关系的综合理论模型,选择不同行业与规模的45个企业,收集了212个样本数据,以AMOS 4.0和SPSS 11.0软件包对样本数据进行探索性因子分析以及验证性因子分析。结构模型拟合优度评估以及假设检验结果表明:企业声誉、预期合作收益、资源投入程度和转移成本是供应链协作信任的四个影响因素。A synthesized theory model which describes the relationships between supply chain collaboration trust and its influential factors is put forward. Forty five companies with different scale in different field are chosen to be the objects of experimental research and a sample data of 212 actual members is collected. With software of SPSS 11.0 and AMOS 4.0, the sample data are used for exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis. The result shows that company reputation, anticipated collaboration income, the degree of resource devotion and switching cost are the four influential factors of supply chain collaboration trust.
